She kindly apologized and I went to go get some other things I needed and look for any other style of blue duotangs. The cashier tried to help me but the manager just said to the cashier that I got an email that they were out of stock and I was showing them I didn’t.

I went to pick it up and I only had 2 out of 3 of my items.

I am a teacher and order these supplies because our kids can’t afford them so sometimes at this time of year it’s hard to find. I ordered some duotangs online as I had gone to 3 different Staples across Sherwood Park and Edmonton.
